How long will my project take?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to provide a definitive answer to this question. It depends on a wide variety of factors, including which service(s) you hire us for, the complexity of the work, and the responsiveness of the client. In general, we work fast. We’ve completed full website designs in as little as two days.
Who will be working on my project?
Your project will be worked on by an individual skilled in the particular service(s) you hire us for. Rest assured that your designer/developer will have years of experience and an impressive portfolio.
What if I am not happy with the work?
So far, this hasn’t happened and we intend to keep it that way. In fact, we have a 100% client satisfaction rate (based on a recent client survey). However, if you aren’t happy with the work, we promise to make it right!
What platform do you develop website with?
For most clients, we use the WordPress CMS to build websites. This platform is highly customizable, allowing clients to continue using their websites for years to come. We are also capable of custom coding websites, or using another website development tool.
How much do you charge?

We love working with non-profits and work to make the process affordable to them. We offer flexible payment plans and a free extended maintenence plan to registered 501(c)(3) organizations.

What is the process like?
When you get in touch with us, we’ll setup a phone call to learn more about your business and your needs. We’ll put together a free quote for you to review and we’ll answer any questions you may have. If you decide to move forward (we sure hope you do), we’ll work closely with you to ensure that we meet your needs and design preferences. Through several rounds of feedback and revision, we’re confident you’ll love the end result!
